Welcome to Parti Pups LLC's shipping policy. We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. Our methods are efficient, and our packaging ensures that your products arrive in perfect condition. We offer competitive shipping costs to enhance your overall satisfaction.

 

All items are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $5.00. We will email you as soon as your item ships along with a corresponding tracking number. Parti Pups LLC cannot be held responsible for postal service errors. We wish we had that kind of control, but unfortunately, we do not. Thank you for understanding.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but at this time we do not ship internationally or outside of the continental United States.

At Parti Pups LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase.  We believe in a straightforward refund process to build trust and ensure you can shop with confidence.

All sales are final.

 

In the event an incorrect item or size was received by the customer due to Parti Pup's error a full refund will be issued to include the cost of the item, shipping, and any taxes paid. To validate the error was caused by us please email us a picture showing the inaccuracy. Feel free to keep or donate the item.

Due to the small batches of items we make we cannot guarantee the correct size or style will still be available at the time of refund. Customer will be responsible for reordering.

If the customer orders the incorrect size or style no refund will be issued. Please ensure you measure your pet's neck for the best fit and look at our available size chart. Neck measurements are the most accurate way to get the correct size. Breed suggestions are just that, they are not a guarantee of size due to variations within a breed.
